CDI Macedonia organized test and validation training on Project management techniques on 16.01.2019 at SHM”Todor Skaloski – Tetoec” in Tetovo, Macedonia. Duration of the training was 3 hours. Project web site www.fasstproject.eu and were to find the courses was presented to participants. This activity is part of Intellectual output 4 – Test & Validation plan. Within this activity partners will train at least 200 representatives of the target groups (Social Farming sector representative, users/trainees, facilitators, etc) in the 5 Countries represented in the partnership.
This pilot phase will allow partners to test and validate the training courses (both online and face2face) developed during the project, on the basis of the specific training needs and capacity gaps identified in the assessment phase. On the basis of the results of the pilots, partners will then finalize the FASST training content, materials and modules: the 200 target group representatives that will be involved in the pilot deployment of the training will provide inputs, feedback and comments on the FASST training (i.e. content, structure, user-friendliness, etc). All those comments and feedback will help CDI to create the guideline for future courses.
Project “Formazione per Agricoltura Sociale e Sviluppo Territoriale” (FASST) is a Project cofounded by the Erasmus Plus Programme of the European Commission, Key Action 2, Strategic Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training. FASST is implemented by a Consortium of 9 partners from 5 European countries (Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Spain). FASST will develop free online and face-to-face training modules to foster Social Farming entrepreneurial initiatives in Europe.
