The Europe 2020 strategy is the reference framework that guides the EU and Member States in designing their activities
Member States have set national targets in line with EU targets, and are reporting on them as part of their annual national reform programmes
Member States design their programmes and activities to help the achievement of objectives set at EU level
Even regional and local authorities are called to pursue the same Europe 2020 objectives, and they follow the Europe 2020 strategy to implement their activities
